Business or business-casual attire is recommended during conference sessions.
In cases of force majeure, the conference may be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not feasible, refund arrangements shall be announced by the Organizing Committee.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable, but requests can be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable charges and processing fees. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received 30 days before the event.

Yes. Downgrades (onsite or online) can be accommodated but are not eligible for refunds. Upgrades (online or onsite) are subject to slot availability and payment of the corresponding fee difference.
Yes. Registration transfer request is allowed 15 working days prior to the event. Transfer request after said period will no longer be accommodated.
